The trip was a success all round and Pete from Ocean Rock provided the following feedback:

 "It was a brilliant trip, I can safely say we have never had such an amazing trip with Knowle DGE and it was the best expedition we have done this year.  

The students were an absolute credit to themselves and to DGE.  They should be so proud of themselves.  Their hard work both on the river and at camp really showed, each student had a fantastic attitude and they looked after each other, this does not happen that often!  

Troy was a trooper, always there to help with lifting canoes, cooking, navigating and to keep everyone in check.  

It’s very rare to meet such an outstanding DofE participant, he is so deserving of his award. They were the best group we have had all year and we had about 3000 out!"
