Learn@ MAT HR Adviser

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join and help establish our fast-paced growing central HR Team. 

This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of our thriving multi academy trust and contribute to our vision of ‘All equal, all different, all achieving together’.

We are in the process of re-organising how our central HR support services are delivered to our academies and alternative provisions.  You will play a key role in shaping and creating a centralised HR function that allows us to support our colleagues deliver the best possible care and education to ensure our children and young people are given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced operational HR Adviser who can hit the ground running and be a key member of our small HR team.

You will be an integral member of the central HR team providing professional advice and guidance to our provisions on all employee relations matters including safeguarding capability, disciplinary, grievance, investigations, sickness absence management and all other areas of employee relations ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and the Trust’s’ policies and procedures.

Reporting directly to the HR Business Manager, the HR Adviser will support in developing and delivering a forward thinking, efficient and effective professional service which supports the strategic aims and objectives of Learn@ MAT. You will help create, encourage and drive a culture where staff are motivated and developed in order to achieve their very best and maximise performance.
